New element «Language menu»

We added a new element, “Language menu”, which will give users an option to switch between different language versions of your website. Furthermore, the link is being set up automatically, so a visitor will be transferred to a similar page but in different language.

You can edit the language menu and add customization settings, such as changing colors, renaming active languages, changing menu types (dropdown or horizontal), displaying languages differently (icon, text, both), and adding shadows. Moreover, you can change the size of flag icons.

The «Video» element in Flex block

We added a new absolute element, «Video», which will allow you to implement more design solutions on your website. You can add video in the Flex block.

You can rotate, arrange, copy, and resize the video. Furthermore, the absolute element has the default settings, such as loop, autoplay, and showing video controls.

Eye-dropper in color-picker

We added an eye-dropper to a color picker to make it easier for you to edit the colors of your website's color palette, texts, blocks' backgrounds, etc. To use this feature while changing colors, click on the eye-dropper icon and then click on the place on your website from which you would like to get the color.

Rounding for the collection element

We added corner rounding for collection items, giving you more flexible settings for this element on the website. You can change the corner radius in the element settings. Rounding is available for one separate corner or all corners simultaneously.

Changing the corner radius is applied to all items in the collection at the same time. But please note that it will be impossible to change styles if the collection items have no background.

Corner radius in the “Image” element

We added a corner radius for images, which will allow you to arrange this element's appearance on the website better. You can apply rounding in image settings. You can do it either for each separate corner or all corners simultaneously.

This feature is available for both images in the Flex block and regular ones in other blocks.

mono checkout integration

Weblium now has integration with mono checkout, a Ukrainian tool that simplifies the ordering process significantly, helping you to increase website conversion. You can add mono checkout in the store settings in a new “Express checkout” tab.

With this service, your customers can complete orders without filling their delivery details but only check whether they were automatically filled.

It is important to note that this service can only accept payments in UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia).

A shape library and new shapes in Flex block

We added a shape library. You can access it while editing the “Shape” element by clicking the “More shapes” button. It will allow you to see all the available positions. As of now, the library includes 10 shapes. Among the new shapes are the following:

  • Rhombus;
  • Rhombus with concave sides;
  • Rounded rhombus with concave sides;
  • 10-point star;
  • Semicircle;
  • Hexagon
  • Spot.

The spot has no specific shape, which allows you to create unique solutions on your website. Furthermore, all available shapes can be freely moved, resized, and colored, with the ability to add a click action and a background image.

Copying global blocks to other languages

We added an option to copy global blocks to other language versions of the website, allowing you to reduce the time required for adapting a multilingual website. To do it, you need to select a required block, press on 3 dots above it, and select the «Copy to…» option. Choose the language version of the website you want to copy this block to and translate its content to the required language.

Turning off element snapping to other objects

We added an option to turn off automatic element snapping to other objects in the Flex block. To do it, you need to press the button tools in the upper right corner of the editor and disable the “Snap to object” switch. It will be helpful when you need to arrange elements closer than 5 pixels to each other or other objects (e.g., block boundary) not only with keyboard arrows but also with a mouse.
