A new feature is now available in contact forms — the calculator. It allows users to calculate the order cost directly on the website and is especially useful for businesses where the price of products or services depends on multiple variables (craft production, car sharing, catering, renovation services, and more).
The calculator is based on a contact form, meaning it can calculate the order cost and collect users’ contact details at the same time. To add a calculator, place a contact form on your website and add the required fields (for example, “Number,” “Dropdown,” etc.) whose values will be used in the final price calculation.
Please note: fields that support calculations are marked with the fx icon.
In the field settings, specify the variable name, then add possible values and their price modifiers.
Finally, add the "Calculation result" field and define the formula that will generate the final price. Use the variables defined in previous fields along with basic mathematical operators — plus (+), minus (−), multiplication (*), division (/), and parentheses ().
