Moving absolute elements by using a keyboard

Using a keyboard, you can move absolute elements (e.g., in the Flex block). You only need to select the element and use keyboard arrows. Even more, you can move elements by 10 pixels by holding the Shift button. It allows you to move elements quickly and efficiently with an accuracy of one pixel.

Scale to fill in Flex block

In the Weblium editor, there is now an option to change the image ratio in the Flex block and the ratio of images with absolute positioning in ordinary blocks. For example, you can make the image narrower or wider and change its height. It will allow you to form a rectangle that will contain the image. After that, by using a separate button, you can set up which part of the image will appear in a rectangle. At the same time, you can activate the “Scale to fit” switch in image settings to return to the image editing mode with the ratio maintained.

Also, by holding the Shift button in the “Scale to fill” mode (when the “Scale to fit” tumbler is disabled), you will be able to change the image size keeping its aspect ratio.

Managing several elements at the same time in Flex block

We added an option to manage several elements in the Flex block simultaneously. You can select several elements with your mouse or successively click with a Left Mouse Button on the elements while holding the Shift button. This way, you can move several elements simultaneously, copy and delete them, and align content in a selected group of elements. It will significantly reduce the time required to edit the block.

Image generation with AI Visual

Now, you can generate images for your website directly in the editor using AI Visual. This feature is implemented through the integration with the DALL-E service by OpenAI (developers of ChatGPT). You get 4 different images, which you can immediately add on your website per one generation. Artificial intelligence becomes even closer!

Displaying distances between elements in Flex block

We added an option to see distances between absolute elements in the Flex block. To use it, you should select one element and put a cursor on the one to which you need to see the distance. The distance is displayed along the X and Y axes (horizontally and vertically). The displaying of the distance between diagonally arranged elements occurs along the X and Y axes to the corner of the required element.

Moving elements in Flex block by only 1 axis (X or Y)

Now, you can move elements along 1 axis in the Flex block. While moving the element with the mouse, you can hold the Shift button to lock the element's position by the X or Y axis. While the Shift button is held, the element will move only by the axis you started to replace it. It allows you to manage the objects on your website more conveniently. For example, if you need to move an image only to the right or left, with this feature, you will be able to avoid any accidental element vertical offsets.

Editing tablet site version

We’ve added an option to edit a website’s tablet version. By default, when changing a desktop version of the website, the changes will be automatically applied to mobile and tablet versions. Now, you can change the settings of an element or a block for a tablet version separately, after which this setting will be changed independently of the desktop version. For example, you can change text alignment, paddings, collection element alignment, and font settings separately for a tablet version.

Bookon CRM integration

Thanks to the integration with Binotel's Bookon CRM, you can automate booking and reception applications from customers in the areas of service provision. This can be convenient, for example, for booking customers to a beauty salon, car service, music lessons, etc. Bookon CRM allows you to receive requests 24/7 online, manage your customer appointments, monitor the service delivery process, and receive information about the workload of your team members. Now doing business has become even more convenient!

Snap to object in Flex block

We've added snapping elements to other objects while freely arranging elements in a Flex block or an ordinary block. Element snapping occurs when it gets closer than 5 px to another freely arranged element, a block's boundary or center. At the same time, a red line will highlight the border to which snapping occurred. Also, snapping doesn't work when moving elements using keyboard arrows. It is convenient if you need to place an element less than 5 px away from the boundary to which snapping may occur.
