You can copy and paste elements using the Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V keyboard shortcuts (for Windows) or the Cmd+C and Cmd+V (for macOS). The copy of an element will appear close to the original, have all the settings applied to it, and be available for free arrangement in the block.
