New Weblium Pricing: New Plans and More Ways to Reduce Costs

We are updating our pricing for users worldwide. This is our first major pricing update in the past 7 years, as Weblium has evolved significantly, with many new features and tools added to the platform. Along with the new prices, we are also refreshing our plan structure to better match the needs of different types of websites.

Previously, Weblium offered two main options: Free and Pro. Now, we’ve introduced Starter, a new middle-tier option giving you more flexibility to choose a plan based on your website needs.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, we've prepared a special offer for you. Until September 2, 2026, you can purchase an additional annual subscription or a brand new subscription at the old price.

To extend your website’s annual subscription for another year, simply click the button on the banner displayed in your account dashboard. Confirm the payment in the new window.

When your current paid subscription expires, your website will automatically switch from the Pro plan to Business. From that point on, your website will follow the terms of the new plan, including its limits and available features.

If your subscription is scheduled for automatic renewal before September 2, 2026, it will be renewed at the previous price. After that subscription period ends, any future renewals will be charged according to the current Business plan pricing.

Summary

We’ve updated pricing to give you more ways to choose what works for you:

  • Three updated plans: Free, Starter, and Business
  • The Free plan now comes with a new limit: your website will remain live for up to 60 days. A paid subscription is required to keep your website after the Free period ends
  • Pay annually and save up to 30% vs. paying monthly
  • Secure the previous price until September 2, 2026
  • Buy 5-, 10-, and 15-website bundles with discounts of up to 40%.

Trial and Free

You can still try Weblium before choosing a paid plan.

Every new website starts with a 14-day free trial, giving you full access to Weblium's complete feature set. After the trial ends, you can stay on the Free plan.

Activate a paid subscription before your trial ends, and we'll add a bonus to your plan: 10 extra days on a monthly subscription or 40 extra days on an annual subscription.

For new websites: After the 14-day Trial ends, your website will move to the Free plan and remain available to visitors for 46 days. This gives you extra time to explore the editor, finish building your website, and choose the paid plan that best fits your needs.

For existing Free websites: If your website was created before the new pricing, you’ll have a separate transition period. Until September 2, 2026, you can activate a paid subscription and keep your website online. If your trial expired before September 2, 2026, and your website is already on the Free plan, you also have a transition period. You'll have 30 days to activate a paid subscription and keep your website live.

Note: Once your website’s publishing period ends, it will go offline. For new Free websites, this happens 46 days after the 14-day Trial period ends. For existing Free websites, this happens after 30 days. After the website is unpublished, we’ll keep all of its data for an additional 60 days. If you don’t activate a paid subscription within that period, your website and its data will be deleted permanently.

The New Starter Plan

Starter is designed for users who need more than the basics but don’t require the full range of advanced features.

It’s a great fit for growing websites that need more flexibility for customization, search optimization, lead generation, and growth. The plan includes advanced SEO settings to help improve your website’s visibility, lead capture tools to collect visitor contacts, Flex Block for more flexible layouts, integrations to connect your website with other tools, and custom code for additional customization.

Starter costs $16/month ($192 for the full year). When billed annually, the price drops to $11/month per website ($132 for the full year — 30% off).

Business Plan for Advanced Projects

Business is designed for more complex websites, ecommerce, and projects that need a broader set of capabilities.

It’s a good choice if you want to sell products online, publish content regularly, or reach audiences in multiple languages. The plan includes features for running an online store, publishing a blog, and creating a multilingual website in up to 5 languages.

Business costs $25/month ($300 for the full year). When billed annually, the price drops to $17.50/month per website ($210 for the full year — 30% off).

Special offer: Through September 2, 2026, you can purchase the new Business plan at the previous price.

More Websites, More Savings

If you manage multiple websites, you can now choose a bundle for 5, 10, or 15 websites. The discount is applied to the standard annual price.

The more websites you include in your bundle, the more you save.

Hide action button in forms

We added the ability to hide the “Submit” (action) button in forms. This is useful when a form is used for informational or calculation purposes only (for example, as a calculator), without the need to submit data.

Open the form in the editor (gear icon). In Form settings, go to the “Action” tab and toggle on “Hide submit button”.

When toggled on, submissions are automatically disabled, and you’ll see a system notification confirming the change.

"Ask a human" feature in Evo chat

We keep working to improve your Evo experience. Now you can use the “Ask a human” feature, instantly contacting support directly from the chat whenever the AI assistance is not enough.

Under each Evo message, you’ll find a three-dot menu. Click it to open additional actions and select “Ask a human”.

It’s a simple way to get the help you need, right when you need it.

Copying and moving blocks in "Navigator" panel

We enhanced block management by adding the “Cut”, “Copy”, and “Paste” actions directly to the “Navigator” panel. Now you can quickly duplicate or move blocks around the page with fewer clicks and without switching to the editor workspace.

Open the “Navigator” panel, find your block, click the three dots, and choose what you want to do. You can quickly duplicate or move blocks around the page.

Work with blocks faster and more conveniently, especially when editing complex layouts.

Improved block editing

We improved block management by adding the "Cut" action. Now you can simply cut a block and paste it elsewhere on the same page, on another page, or even on a different website.

Moreover, we added the "Cut", "Copy", and "Paste" actions for global blocks too. Now you can duplicate and move global blocks just like regular ones.

Editing becomes faster and more efficient, especially when working with complex layouts. The "Cut" action works as a normal "Copy/Paste" action without losing any settings or structure.

Multiple checkboxes in the shopping cart

We’ve added Multiple Checkboxes, a new field type, in your Shopping cart settings. Instead of a single default “I agree” checkbox, now you can add up to 20 different options in one field.

Head to Site Settings and go to the “Your Store” section. In the “Shopping cart” menu, find “Fields in the order form”, click “Add field”, and select “Multiple Checkboxes”. Then add what you need (up to 20 different options).

You can also set default selections or make the field required if necessary.

Offer extras like gift packaging or delivery insurance, gather useful customer preferences, and customize your checkout experience (for example, add a “Please don’t call me” option).

Quizzes in the Weblium editor

We’ve added the ability to create quizzes in the Weblium editor. This allows you to collect more information from clients step by step without overwhelming them with long forms.

To add a quiz to your site, click the “Add block” button and select the corresponding block in the “Quiz” tab. Click the gear icon to open the settings — here you can manage steps (questions and answer options), customize the appearance of fields and buttons, set the action after quiz completion, and connect integrations.

Quiz responses are stored in the “Form management” section. To view full information about a client who has completed a quiz, click the eye icon.

Detailed instructions on working with quizzes are available in the Help Center.

Copying Blocks

You can now copy entire blocks and paste them onto other pages (or even other sites), keeping all settings and styles intact. This will speed up your work, making it possible to reuse ready-made layouts.

In the editor, find the block you want to copy, click on the three dots, and select “Copy”. Then go to any other block you need, click the three dots again, and select “Paste” — the copied block will be placed directly below it.

Calculator in contact forms

A new feature is now available in contact forms — the calculator. It allows users to calculate the order cost directly on the website and is especially useful for businesses where the price of products or services depends on multiple variables (craft production, car sharing, catering, renovation services, and more).

The calculator is based on a contact form, meaning it can calculate the order cost and collect users’ contact details at the same time. To add a calculator, place a contact form on your website and add the required fields (for example, “Number,” “Dropdown,” etc.) whose values will be used in the final price calculation.

Please note: fields that support calculations are marked with the fx icon.

In the field settings, specify the variable name, then add possible values and their price modifiers.

Finally, add the "Calculation result" field and define the formula that will generate the final price. Use the variables defined in previous fields along with basic mathematical operators — plus (+), minus (−), multiplication (*), division (/), and parentheses ().

You can explore calculator implementation examples and the formulas used on this landing page.

Downloading images from the Media Gallery

We’ve added the ability to download images directly from the Media Gallery to your device. With this update, you can now export files from the Media Gallery instead of only using them inside the editor.

At the moment, downloads are available for one file at a time — note this when exporting media data.

To open the Media Gallery, go to any element that supports adding images. Click on them to open a context menu, click on the icon to open the Media Gallery, select the element you want, and then click “Download”.

This feature has been one of the most-awaited ones. We hope it’s going to make managing media assets even more convenient and improve your overall editing experience.
