We keep working to improve your Evo experience. Now you can use the “Ask a human” feature, instantly contacting support directly from the chat whenever the AI assistance is not enough.

Under each Evo message, you’ll find a three-dot menu. Click it to open additional actions and select “Ask a human”.

It’s a simple way to get the help you need, right when you need it.
